CANCELLATION & TRANSFER POLICY
Rooted Strategy Community Lab is a six-month, cohort-based learning and practice program with limited enrollment. Because your spot reserves capacity and planning resources, all purchases are considered final once the program begins. Full refunds are available if you cancel at least 14 days before the cohort start date. Partial refunds (50%) are available if you cancel within 7 days of the cohort start date. No refunds are available once the first live session has occurred. If you are unable to continue participating after the program begins, you are welcome to transfer your spot to another staff member within your organization, with prior notice. If extraordinary circumstances arise, please reach out directly using the contact information found in your confirmation email. Requests will be reviewed with care and discretion.
