Building Capacity Across Core Dimensions

Consulting

From assessment to strategy design to implementation, I advise organizations on their strategic planning and equity strategy, translating equity commitments into the policies and systems that govern how an organization operates.

Facilitation

I guide teams through workshops and learning experiences that move groups from awareness to analysis to action, grounded in liberatory consciousness and designed to build collective capacity for sustained change.

My work is anchored in moving us closer to a world of abundance, where every person has what they need to live and thrive — from basic necessities for survival to the tangible and intangibles that bring us joy, dignity, safety, and all the other pieces of what it means to be human.
